This location is convenient due its closeness to the airport. Staff members addressed our request promptly as they prepared the sofa bed before our arrival. I appreciated the variety of options at breakfast. Parking had ample space and registration occurred efficiently upon entry.
Entrance could use some attention as it was untidy. Leaves scattered around the entrance and a luggage trolley remained present throughout my stay.

The staff responded quickly and also demonstrated good attention to requests, mainly in setting up the sofa bed ahead of our arrival, I must commend their efficiency in this regard, it was impressive.

i stayed at this hotel during the week. it has excellent staff across the board. there is an outside area to have a drink if the weather is fine before dinner. the hotel offers plenty of parking.
i found that the wifi signal was a bit patchy. this made it difficult to rely on a stable connection for work. i hope this issue is resolved soon to improve the guest experience.

i wanted to like this hotel MORE. the room size was okay. the tv only displayed a couple of channels and the picture was fuzzy on ALL the others. i was unable to watch it. there was no hot water in the morning. this made showering impossible before i left. i had expected more from my stay. I VOWED never to come again

the staff was friendly and helpful, particularly when i needed directions. The location next to the park and ride was useful for getting to the city center. Breakfast had a huge range of choices, that was convenient.
the entrance had leaves and a discarded luggage trolley, it remained like that for days. I had trouble reading the heating instructions in my room. The restaurant felt cold and lacked character.
